The autodouble setting determines whether the doubling cube will turn whenever two player roll the same opening dice. Both players must have this option enabled for it to be in effect. Most players on FIBS do not play with this option, it is more commonly played by novice players who are unfamiliar or uncomfortable using the doubling cube during play.
