Syntax:

whisper message

Use the whisper command if you are watching or playing a game and want to say something to all users watching this game. The two people playing the match will not hear the message. This is useful if you want to say something to the other people watching the match, but do not want to disturb the players.

Note: In MacFIBS, you can choose Whisper from the pop-up menu in the main chat window.
